You will also have time to ask us any questions about projects that you are working on, what you are desiring, and 1, 5, or even 10-year visions that you are holding for your business expansion.

• Following the session, you will receive an automation plan for any of the tasks that can be automated

• A delegation plan for the delegation of tasks, or where it's wise to hire contractors, admin support or a team (member).

• Resources that include SOP (standard operating procedure) templates and Loom recordings that walk you through any of the processes covered in the automation/delegation section
